pls help for understanding stress test results

My Aunt is 89 years old. The stress test results :
- Perfusion : the rawimages show mild patient motion but no increased lung uptake of thallium
- SPECT images demonstrate a severe reversible defectinvolving the inferolateral well, large in extent. There are no fixed defects. There is no TID.
Impression :
- Critical findings : Yes
Large amount of severe inferolateral ischemia
No evidence of infarct
Normal LV function
How should I understand that ? Thank you in advance for explaination

No TID (transient ischemic dilation) indicates there is no severe 3 vessel blockage.

At the location inferolateral of the heart there is an area that is not receiving sufficient blood flow usually due to blockage of vessels.  No evidence of an infarct (heart attack) indicates there is no damage to the heart cells.  Because there is no damaged heart cells , etc. the left ventricle (chamber that receives oxygenated blood and pumps the blood into circulation) functions normally.
