Hi there people 013,
If you are the person who keeps asking questions you sure sound obssessed and worried and unable to get relief for your anxiety, as you keep asking and asking. I'm actually concerned for you as this can't be a pleasant way to live. I have been there done that with health anxiety and it is soul destroying.
Great work on the exercise and good news that all your tests have been normal.
How is the rest of your life going? Are you sleeping and eating ok? Are you looking forward to things or enjoying things you normally do? Sometimes a health obsession is related to depression. Perhaps you could explore that angle with your doctor.
Good luck.
Wow, this question sure gets asked many times on this forum. The symptoms are always the same and it's always someone using a new screen name.
People013, if you are new welcome to the forum, the doctors are great and will head you in the right direction.
If, however, you are the same person that keeps asking this same question it seems once or twice a week, please come to the heart disease forum and let the members there help you and let others get their questions posted on this board. The doctors have responded to this question MANY times on all forums including the Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease Prevention forums. The answers are always the same, it's time to trust a doctor and come to the heart disease forum and network with the other members, they can help too!
Again, if you are new People013, welcome and good luck!
Jon
Just noticed you asked the same question as a 31 year old male on the Interventional Cardiology forum the same day as you claimed to be 36 on this post. Really, get some help.
I think you need to be examined by your doctor so you can be reassured about the answers. I can't comment on all of these tests, all which may be normal but I did not review them.
I don't think if all of your heart tests are as you state normal, including the holter, that this is your heart. This may be a neurological disorder, and you may need nerve conduction studies and an MRI of the brain to exclude any vascular abnormality which may be manifest when you strain during heavy weight lifting.
PPS- I also had my "clotting factors" check and were normal
PS- On my left shin there is a relative small (3 inch x 1 inch) area that is slightly darkened and is a point of sensitivity, almost like a bruise that is 80% healed but won't go away...
