professional sports?

A professional athlete (football-soccer), 27 y.o, normal LVEF, atrial septal defect (secundum type) of 2mm, no significant shunting, mild tricuspid regurgitation, pulmonary artery pressure 40mmHg, feels good and is able to sustain through the intire game with a little Salbutamol inhalation. Spirometry findings were normal. Should he be allowed to continue with professional sports? Any suggestions for therapy?
