pulse pressure is 70. why?

I am 35, male, 6'1", 188. My systolic blood pressure is normal. My diastolic blood pressure is absurdly low. I have readings like 120/50 in the doctor's office, at home, at the drug store. This is my blood pressure not an error.

Wide pulse pressure can be more dangerous than high blood pressure and medications which increase pulse pressure can increase the risk of heart attack.

Why is my pulse pressure so high?

Have you found an answer yet to your low diastolic?  I've also had readings like 140/50 and 113/48 lately, wasn't always that way, feeling nauseous at the same time.  My diastolic won't come up.  I'm female, 44 yo, 5'7" 125 lbs.
