question

im 29 old. I want to know wather i can do some exercise or not and im planning to get married end this year .what your golden advise to me

Do you have a medical disorder?  If you do, you may want to address the question to your doctor.  If you don't have a medical problem, you can increase your cardiovascular system by doing exercises and keeping your heart rate within a range that doesn't exceed the calculation of 220 minus your age.  That should be your target rate, and if you are just starting a routine you may want to gradually work for that degree of fitness.
