rvh

my ekg says rsr1 v1 or v2 vcd or rvh otherwise normal should i worry .. is it serious should i see a cardiologist.

had new one today everything is normal no rvh or vcd must have been an artifact or lead error thanks to all whove posted for all the help

You should see a cardiologist, but don't be worried.  As long as you are not having any symptoms you are well.  Your cardiologist should probably order an echocardiogram to make sure that everything is normal.  This pattern can be a normal variant but it has also been associated with other conditions.
