severe muscle weakness

I was admitted to the hospital about 2 months ago for chest pain. They did a stress test and said it looked fine. But for some reason and this is getting worse I have shortness of breath, dizziness and nausea as well as extreme muscle weakness in my legs just walking around my apartment. And climbing the stairs.....almost  unbearable! I was diagnosed about 4 or 5 years ago with neuropathy an carpal tunnel. What could be causing these symptoms?

This discussion is related to rapid heart beat, chest pain, shortness of breath on standing/walking around.
