severe pressure in chest, back and left arm

I have been suffering with severe chest pressure that has been constant, as in non-stop for 2 weeks my left arm has been tingling from sholder all the way to fingers. I have also had nausea and feel like i have to lay down all the time.  I have been to the er twice in two weeks and they have done ekgs (which were normal), chest x ray and blood tests all normal.  They told me both time it is stress and anxiety and gave me xanax which hasnt helped. i had ct of chest and stress echo in the last 6 months both were normal. doctors tell me not my heart because i am female, 34, petite and have no risk factors except for stressful job.  Does my heart need to be ruled out with more tests (card cath) or should I just go on thinking it is anxiety? do younger woman have heart attacks or heart problems that dont show up on the tests i have had?

ok last thing i sware...the feeling in my chest i can only explain as like labor contractions but they are in my chest and go into my back...they have came and gone everyday for 2 weeks.  the feeling in my left shoulder started that time as well.  does that still not sound heart related?  I know that i have no risk besides major stress but women my age still have heart attacks right? my pc dr is written me off so I am not sure what to do from here

Your symptoms are actually very atypical for a heart attack.  Anxiety can cause it but I am really concerned about some type of nerve related problem.

I havent had any injuries or accidents but do notice my neck muscles are extremely tight and painful.  How come all of my symptoms seem heart related-like warning signs of a heart attack?  Can anxiety cause most of these symptoms?

Wouldn't do any more cardiac tests. It's so unlikely that any of this is heart related that the tests such as a catheterization pose more risk than potential benefit.  Continuous chest pain for 2 weeks is never cardiac.  This is most likely some type of nerve related pain, potentially nerve impingement or inflammation in your neck.   Try some NSAIDS for it.  Physical therapy may help.  I would also recommend a visit to a neurologist if this doesn't go away in a couple of weeks.  Any injuries to your neck recently, or old car accidents?
