stress test positive

My stress test was positive and t wave was inverted. Doc said nothing much to worry, sometimes it is false positive. And asked to get a sonography done anytime later nothing urgent.. Sonography overall summary was fine but in valve wise report, in one it said no significant regurgitation, in second, very low regurgitation and in the last one low regurgitation. I did not go too doc to show the report as it looked ok to me. Cholestrol is not in order. Should I worry about heart disease? Sometimes I get slight pain in chest right left area which goes away in 1 2 mins.

words like 'small, trivial, not significant' would be music to my ears.  Almost everyone has a little valve leakage.  I'd not worry about it.
