It's very unlikely anything will happen over the next week. As for being serious, one cannot really say without further tests.

Hi, and yes. I think you will basically require further tests because the extent of the problem is not really established. There are two basic thoughts from your results, but the cause is likely to be the same. It looks as though your Left Anterior Descending artery is either fully blocked, or very close to it. What they cannot establish is whether the blockage is total, and muscle death has occurred, or if the damage is through the whole thickness of the muscle.
The reference is to the middle and lower portion of the front of your left ventricle. They also question if the muscle over the complete front of the left ventricle could be affected, but not the full thickness of the muscle. So, they are left scratching their heads over this, and further tests will be required, perhaps an angiogram.
