chest pains / 12 year aspie

my daughter was diagnosed with Asperger's Symdrome and a new condition that has show its face are chest pains.   She has been complaining of chest pains on and off for about 6 months.  Her asked her peditrician about this and they told me that she could have pulled a muscle (don't agree with that one) or she may have anxiety.  I if it is anxiety you just have to learn to deal with it.   I feel bad because I really don't know what to do when she tells me shes having chest pains.  It really scares me!

How old is she? If she is an infant then she may have a congenital heart defect. You should ask to be referred to a specialist who can perform an ehocardiogram and an EKG to make sure she has normal ventricular and atrial function and relationships.
