symptoms that haven't been explained

I have had symptoms to where though my blood pressure isn't technically low,  it drops below my normal.    125/75 down to 105/55.    And  I always know because I start feeling weak, lightheaded  and like my heart is just barely beating.     But I can't think that it's the actual lower BP that makes me feel this way since quite often I feel just as bad when my BP is high as 120/70.     When I get this way,  again I get lightheaded  weak,  and usually I get a cold and/or warm sensation spreading through my body and even laying down doesn't help all that much.      The only thing that's ever helped at all is drinking several big glasses of water  but that's not really a help since it only sort of helps and only sometimes.

I've had the usual blood tests,   echo,  nuclear stress......stress test was postitie for LAD ischemia but then heart CT was freakishly normal  calcium score 0

ideas?

The answer may lie in the arrhythmia monitor.  Especially, if your heart rate goes down during these episodes.  They sound to be vasovagal in nature.  These are typically benign.  Consider seeing a syncope specialist if this becomes worse.
