92 BPM is not a high average for someone exercising 45 mins per day. Resting heart rates are normal between 60 and 100 BPM, but rise much higher during daily activity. I suggest seeing a real Doctor. You should not be on a Beta blocker unless absolutely necessary. They have some side effects.
Don't stop taking the Beta Blockers until you see your Doctor, as there may be some factors we're not aware of.

Let's see...133,215 QRS complexes...beats? If this was a 24-hr Holter monitor, then that's about 92 bpm on average...a little high, so maybe that's the reason for a beta blocker. Sounds pretty normal to me, especially if you were exercising. -Arthur
It doesn't sound like you had any PVCs on this test. QRS complexes are just heartbeats, as far as I know. Seems like you had 133,215 of them during the whole test. Sinus arrhythmia is normal, I have it too (very pronounced). It accounts for a lot of my symptoms when I think I"m having palpitations - it is just sinus arrhythmia. Sounds like she wanted to put you on betas because of high HR, who knows why? Maybe she didn't realize you had exercised when you were wearing the holter. Maybe you can tell her you were and she will not see the need for betas. Overall, these results seem good. I have trivial regurge in tricuspid and mitral valves, too, and my doc said it's still a "normal heart."
