tingling/pain

I've been going to the doctor since 2004 for blood in urine. I went to a urologist and he said kidneys was normal. Since then I been to a cardiologist for shortness of breath and tingle/pain in both arms. The cardiologist done a stress test and they said everything was normal, no sign of heart attack or stroke. Now, I'm having this pain, tingling, and numbness in both arms and down both sides of my legs into my feet. The pain gets so bad to the point I can't wear 2" heels or anything tight. The pain in my left groin keeps me from being able to wear jeans or anything that don't give and  I can't sit on a chair, toilet seat or couch for five minutes without the pain nearly paralyzing my leg. It causes me to not be able to get up hardly without catching a hold of something to pull up. When I squat I can't get up. I want to know if anyone out there can relate and do you have any suggestion as to what could be going on?

I do have an abnormal curvature in my neck. This gave me a fit for a couple of years. The first year I experienced neck pain and severe headaches to the point my doctor thought I had some nerve damage. They put me in the hospital ran all sort of test, gave me several types of pain medicine ever 4 hours for 24 hours. Then they release me with a ton of prescription to fill. The neorolgist said there were no pinched nerve at that time. After that the headaches went away for awhile then they came back even worse than before, with earaches and headaches to the point I could not sleep, I mean I could not stand to touch my head nor lay it on a pillow. the pillow had to be soft and fluffy. the only way I was able to sleep was in chair with a pillow under my chin to keep my neck from falling forward or backwards. I was miserable, could not work for about 2months. Now the pain/tingling is moving on down in the body, still having problems with the neck as well and still have some headaches. I have learn how to avoid the headaches by the way I lay. Can't lay on my stomach at all for 2 minutes my neck will start burning to tingling to pain and then my head. Can't lye on the right side to long because the shoulder starts to ach and pain til I can't hardly turn over. I will check out the site for peripheral neuropathy. Thank you!

Possible neuropathy? Sciatic nerve problems will cause the pain you describe down your legs. Most often folks (like my husband) learn certain stretching exercises to deal with that. The arms - maybe a pinched nerve in the neck. Have you been in a car accident recently or have poor posture that could put pressure on the neck?

Google peripheral neuropathy and see if that's similar to what you're feeling.
