triple vessel disease

doctor suggest me to go through bye pass surgery for below conditions in heart vessel/artery/vein.
SELECTIVE LEFT CORONARY ARTERY INJECTION:
1.Left anterior descending coronary artery:- this is a large calibre type ii vessel & in its proximal portion there is a tubular lesion producing a 90% stenosis. there is diffuse plaquing in the mid portion producing 30-40% stenosis.Distal LAD has no significant stenotic lesions.
D1 & D2 are medium calibre disease free vessels.
2.Left Circumflex Artery: this a medium calibre non dominant vessel.the L Cx in the AV groove is subtotally occluded with sluggish flow in OM2.
OM1 is a medium calibre vessel & there is a long lesion in its proximal portion producing 60-70% stenosis.

SELCTIVE RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY INJECTION:
1.Right Coronary Artery:-RCA is a large dominant vessel.there is ostcal plaquing followed by proximal plaque-eccentric producing a maximum of 95%stenosis.the mid RCA has two areas of stenosis producing maximum of 95% stenosis.
PDA & PLV are small calibre disease free vessels.

so my question is that should i go for operation or stents if possible ??

Stenting would be too risky. For example, the complete left anterior descending virtually needs stenting. If these clog up, then there will be nowhere to graft a bypass on to.

You shouldn't have been discharged until they are certain everything is functioning normally. The hospital is terrible in my opinion. That's why I concluded it was likely a muscle issue because I assumed the Doctors had done their jobs properly.

When we have had open heart surgery, our ribs were spread open to give access to our heart, and that really gives our ability to take deep enough breaths.  This is normal, but painful.  I was amazed how little chest pain I had, but wasn't very happy with the condition you are reporting.  It will probably get better soon.  Stay tuned in to your surgeon.  Also, very soon you will be given the opportunity for re-hab, I hope you engage with that program, it will help your symptoms.
I agree with the posters, you did the right thing, and wish you a complete recovery.

absolutely normal. For about 3 months my lungs felt as though they were less efficient, like they were smaller. It's simply that after open heart surgery you will take shorter breaths.

Chances are that you are retaining fluids, so you need to start or to increase the dose of diuretics. Talk to your doctor. Stop salt intake, Sleep with 3 pillows.

Also nitro patches during the night can help.
