unexplained symptoms

I am a 30 yr old male.  FOr several months I've had a feeling like my chest wall is very heavy, from the sternum even down to the inner rib cages.. At times it's so heavy that when I try to take a full breath I have heart palpitations as a response.     My guts often feel "sore"  with a deep breath too, especially first thing in the morning.    I have fatigue like never before,  a nauseating breathless feeling, and debilitating lightheadedness almost all the time.       I also developed most recently spontaneous partial rectal prolapse after a few hours of pelvic pain.    I have vague, mild flank pain from time to time as well.
EKG, brain MRI,  Holter, chest xray, labs all normal.    Any other suggestions or ideas?

The SED rate of zero would rule out autoimmune disease in most cases.  I am having a really hard time suggesting any further work cardiac work up despite that.  I would definitely consider seeing an endocrine doctor.  I am sure that your thyroid was checked and it's normal, maybe he should check you for pheochromocytoma (urine test).  Bring all your records because my guess is that he will first think of the common things and blame the cardiovascular system.  But I think that your problem is not of the common type and needs to be worked up further by a specialist.

Your symptoms are not realted to the heart.  they seem to be part of a larger syndrome, likely systemic and potentially GI related.  I would definitely seek further worked up for Crohn's disease and other autoimmune disorders.  Your cardiac workup has been negative which also suggests that this is not heart related at all.
