The SED rate of zero would rule out autoimmune disease in most cases. I am having a really hard time suggesting any further work cardiac work up despite that. I would definitely consider seeing an endocrine doctor. I am sure that your thyroid was checked and it's normal, maybe he should check you for pheochromocytoma (urine test). Bring all your records because my guess is that he will first think of the common things and blame the cardiovascular system. But I think that your problem is not of the common type and needs to be worked up further by a specialist.
and would a consistant SED rate of 0 rule out autoimmune?
Wow fast response...you're on the ball today. Where would you think would be the best place to start looking for my answer? Would it be with an endocrinologist or what? Thanx! PS-I almost forgot, I also have wild swings in blood pressure, 100/65 one hour and 150/90 the next
Your symptoms are not realted to the heart. they seem to be part of a larger syndrome, likely systemic and potentially GI related. I would definitely seek further worked up for Crohn's disease and other autoimmune disorders. Your cardiac workup has been negative which also suggests that this is not heart related at all.
i keep forgetting things, resting echo and stress test normal
oh yeah, abdominal and pelvic CT normal, colonoscopy and upper gi series/small bowel follow thru normal
