wrinkled hands

I had a heart attack in late December and within the last few days I have noticed my hands are very wrinkled. What could this be?

It could be that you are dehydrated in which case you should also have a thirsty feeling and/or dark urine.
Do you take diuretics after you got the heart attack?

It could also be that you lost a lot of weight recently which makes wrinkles much more noticable.
