Help me to understand my 7 day Holter Ambulatory E.C.G results. HEART

I am 44 years old & female.
I am looking for somebody to help me to understand what my 7 day heart E.C.G.results could mean for me.
I had it done in February but due to a breakdown in trust with my G.P. I have not sought help yet.
I have regular chest pain, my back hurts too.
This is what it says -
DURING THE 163 HOUR RECORDING THERE WERE--
11787 isolated Ventricular Ectopy were detected.
15 short runs of Bigeminy and 5 Trigeminy were detected.
54 Couplets were detected.
1 non sustained Ventricular ectopic salvo of 6 beats at 92bpm were detected.
165 premature Superventricular Ectopics with 8 SVE pairs were detected.
1 SVE RUN of 3 beats detected.
202 Tachycardia events were detected.
6 Bradycardia events were detected.
Abnormal.
ANY ADVICEWOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.
