if u had angioplasty, does it mean u have congestive heart failure?

my dad had blockage in his heart and had one stent installed  3 years ago, he is stable since then,i have to buy visitor insurance for him and I have to fill whether he had congestive heart failure?  I am not sure about this. will I be able to get insurance  for him?

If your father had angioplasty, it means he had coronary artery disease but not necessarily congestive heart failure. However, since coronary artery disease can cause heart failure, you should check with your father's doctor.
