persistent chest/back pain that won't go away?

Hi. I'm a 24 year old male, and I've been dealing with a dull ache/pain in the left/center of my chest for about a month now. To rule out heart issues, I had a chest X-ray, EKG and blood test. Aside from slightly high cholesterol, everything came back fine.

The pain is dull almost like a sore muscle, or when your breath catches, and is worse sometimes than others. It is often accompanied with a muscle pain in my upper back that gets worse if I tilt my head forward. Despite this, advil doesn't seem to help.

Could this be stress-related or something? Could my back pain be somehow causing chest pain? How can I find out? Thank you!
