My blood pressure is normal and always has been, except the night at the ER of course 131/92. The Dr. took blood and found low Potassium as well as some other kidney panel blood tests off (higher or lower). SO we are keeping watch. I am now on Potassium supplement as well as going to be starting a 4 week event (heart) monitor, because I didn't have any episodes that I actually felt during the 24-hour one. So its a watch and see now.
Looks pretty "normal" Ventricular Ectopics: 556 and Total QRS Complexes: 102157 shows you're having less than 1% of your total daily heartbeats as pvc's which is ok - virtually everyone on the planet has some daily and may not even know it.
The only thing I would ask about is with the bigeminy runs and dizziness is how does your b/p run? Low bp could explain the dizziness spells due to your ANS (autonomic nervous system) response to the bigeminy and is pretty normal =)
make sure to take any notes and questions to your dr for an explanation
cardiacmatt; I'm curious - what's the most pvc's you've seen aside from MH?
I analyze 24 hour tapes for a living, and your results do not concern me.
Evertyhing looks good.
You had 556 premature ventricular contractions or PVCs. 9time these were in bigeminy which means the PVCs were happening every other beat.
The supraventriclar events are also call premautre atrial contraction or PACs.
No worries. If you want to know more research on PVCs and PACs. If you get anxious or will start to give yourself symptoms by reading this, my advise is that you don't read about it.
