Abnormal ECG Biatrial Enlargement

I am schedule for surgery Tues 2.23.10 and now I have to have medical clearancem my result are as follow.
Vent. rate      77 bpm
PR interval    130 ms
QRS duration 68 ms
QT/QTc         374/423 ms
P-R-T axes    68 32 52
Any help is appericated, what do all these mean

Yes the enlargement was the result of the echo, I have to have medical clearance: my appt is today with the cardiologist but I feel better at least you said  The Vent rate look good.

I'm not an expert on all the EKG time numbers, but your subject talks about an enlargement, and then you talk about surgery.  

How was the enlargement diagnosed, echocardiogram?  What surgery is planned for Tuesday.  

The Vent rate looks good, cold be lower, but most have a higher HR when in a doctor's office.  Did you doctor mention any concerns about your posted results?
