Sinus Tachycardia

Hi community!
I know something is wrong with my heart rhythm, just not sure what! My doctor ordered a heart monitor to check and the only thing  mentioned on the report was "sinus tachycardia".  No arrhythmia or problems were detected.  I asked if this "sinus tachycardia" was problematic and he said no it just means my heart is very fast. I just don't understand why I have this and what I can do to help my symptoms.  The doctor did not provide suggestions.

I always check my blood pressure and it's always normal, but the symbol for irregular heart beat always shows up and the heart beat is always well over 100 when sitting. Why is the heart beat always so darn fast?

Thanks for helping.

I looked into what an EKG is, I think I'll have to ask a cardiologist to give me one. I hope that will help. Thanks! I hope you feel better and your symptoms resolve too.
