Thank you for the replies, and no, my blood pressure is actually on the low side. It wouldn't surprise me if my heart were enlarged, I've always enjoyed pushing myself ever since highschool. Also strangely enough, I'm not able to sleep well on my left side, it makes my heart feel as though it's laboring. Maybe a symptom of an enlarged heart? It seems to function quite well though, so I should probably not waste any time worrying about it, but I would like to learn as much as I can from the readings.

I think you should show the first (one lead) EKG to a physician, because you may have an early PVC there, which isn't necessarily dangerous (and it may also just be an artifact or some disturbance in the recording).
Enlarged left atrium/ventricle is common in athletes but it wouldn't hurt to get it evaluated by a cardiologist, just to make sure there's no dangerous condition causing it.
We are not doctors and can't tell you for sure.
i'm not a doctor, but i have lots of health problems and i've had ecg's done. the 12 lead looks normal, the machine says that the left side of your heart is enlarged. if you are very athletic, that is normal. do you have high blood pressure? if not, then there is nothing to worry about.
