Can somone interpret this for me

PRE-TEST DATA
The diary was properly completed.
Multiple symptoms were reported. No arrhythmic correlates or corresponding ST segment changes are identified.


TEST DESCRIPTION
PREDOMINANT RHYTHM
1. Sinus rhythm with heart rates varying between 48 and 182 bpm with an average of 84 bpm.

VENTRICULAR ARRHYTHMIAS
1. There were very rare PVCs recorded totalling 4 and averaging less than 1 per hour.

2. There were no episodes of ventricular tachycardia.

SUPRA VENTRICULAR ARRHYTHMIAS
1. There were occasional PACs totalling 181 and averaging 10 per hour.

2. There were no episodes of sustained supraventricular tachycardia.

SINUS NODE FUNCTION
1. For the 1st 24 hour period, the circadian pattern of sinus rate variability followed a typical curve with typical HRs.

2. For the 2nd 24 hour period, the circadian pattern of sinus rate variability followed a typical curve with typical HRs.

3. There was no evidence of high grade SA nodal block.

AV CONDUCTION
1. There was no evidence of high grade AV block.
