Dizziness after exercise

I bodybuild 5 days a week.  I take it seriously and eat correctly at descent routine times and dont take any supplements what so ever.  None of that creatine or whey rubbish either!  I notice alot of the time if not all the time,  post workout i get lightheaded. Its not spinning,  but asif im falling forward like i will just drop.  Now ive had heart echo,  24hr holter and a stress test and they havent reavealed anything dangerous or anything relating to exercise.  I do and probably always will get anxious when i exercise,  almost asif im waiting for something to happen.  Things like what happened to fabrice muamba dont help,  knowing he had similar scans and didnt have symptoms and he was given the all clear.  I have symptoms and have been given the clear.  My heart doesnt necessarily feel out of whack or overly fast when this happens.  But its like almost every workout now.  Is this post workout anxiety?

odd "dizzyness" was my chief issue with my anxiety/panic disorder.

It was very transient so very hard to pin down.  When It happened I started to try to idetify the type of dizzyness.  Was it vertigo?  Was it light headed?  If it was light headed, did it feel like I was going to black out?

The answers to all those questions over the years was negative.  I never found an answer.  It comes and goes and I don't focus on it because it hasn't killed me in 17 years.

Do you eat prior to working out or do you do it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning?  Do you drink water while you are working out?  I suspect that this has to do with a blood pressure drop or raising due to the workout.  It is possible your anxiety while you workout is putting your bp over the edge.  It does raise some naturally after a workout and the anxiety may be making it go higher.  If you had a clean bill of health with your tests then I would work on this fear you have that is impacting your well being.   We are all going to die.  Living in fear of it will rob you of your happiness.  So just drink lots of water when you are working out and try to do a proper cool down.  Maybe try and not exert yourself quite as hard as you have been.

no, hardly ever. only caffeine would be through cup of tea. i do know however that as time goes on in the workout i get anxious so do you think its maybe the dizziness/lightheaded ness that come with panic disorder?
