Dolor punzante agudo lado Izquierdo del torax

Me llamo Yasna tengo 27 años, hace un año atrás más o menos, siento puntadas esporádicas y de poca duración en el lado izquierdo de mi pecho, por debajo del seno. El dolor suele desaparecer cuando oprimo ésta zona.  y por lo general aparece en situaciones de reposo
Las alteraciones que arrojó Mi ECG fueron taquicardia sinusal y un bloqueo incompleto de la rama dercha, que están a la espera de ser confirmados por los exámenes.
Quisiera saber, si éste dolor tiene relación con el diagnóstico, si es tensional o muscular como he leido.  y que medidas debo tomar

"My name is Yasna and I am 27 years old.  For a year, more or less, I have felt sporadic, brief, sharp pains on the left side of my chest, below the breast.  The pain seems to disappear when I press on this area.  And in general it comes on when I am at rest.

My EKG showed sinus tachycardia and an incomplete block of the 'right branch,' and these findings await confirmation by other tests.

I would like to know if this pain is related to my diagnosis, or if it is the result of tension or is muscular, as I have read.  And also what measures I should take."

Alas, my Spanish isn't good enough to offer Yasna any advice in that language.
