ECG - Sinus Rhythm with short PR

My doctor looked nervous but didn't elaborate on the test:

Vent Rate: 66bpm
PR Interval: 108ms
QRS Duration: 84ms
QT/QTc: 386/404ms
PRT Axes: 41, 44, 27
50yr old female with slight heart murmur.  (Family history of aneurisms with the females)

Is this something I should be worried about?

in case blueyes hasn't left the forum yet, heart murmurs are caused by leaky valves and many people lead very normal lives with them.  I have one and they monitor  me and my DH has one and has never had any problems with it. There are tests they can run which will show them how you are doing.   its called a mitral valve prolapse- MVP

but also be sure to not leave the doctor's office until you have some basic questions answered, such as 'doctor, why do you look worried?'. don't let them push you out the door without answers.

I asked the moderators to move your question to the cardiology forum - I'm sure someone there can help with understanding these results.

Hi Blueyes,

I'm not sure anyone here is qualified to comment on your ECG results. I know I am not. Perhaps someone on the forum has some cardiology experience among the many medical professionals we have on here.

Sorry I can't help you.
