Hi,
ECG findings are not diseases or diagnoses, they are simply variants and signs, so your doctor must first see if there is a cause for the slight inferior repolarization disturbance. If there is a cause, the condition may be treatable or not.
Unfortunately, I am not a doctor, so I can't say definite if this is a part of a disease or not, but I don't think so. Often this is a normal variant (if there are no other abnormalities), but ask your doctor to be sure.
Its possible it does. Do you have a follow-up with your cardiologist?
