ECG shows PVCS

I'm 19 and had an ECG done and got my results last week from my doctor saying my ECG shows that i have PVCS and said that its something im going to have to cope with but my PVCS get worse as i work out should i be worried? i was also put on anxiety medication but i dont think my PVCS are linked to anxiety. Whenever i check my pulse it feels as if it beats normally then stops and then i feel a big thud in my vein i can also hear my pulse in my ear sometimes.
