EKG Question

A few years ago I had an EKG taken and my QRS complex was completely inverted. I didn't think much of it at the time being assured that it wasn't serious, and now my interest in the subject has been re-awakened by a research paper I have to write. Unfortunately I cannot find any information on this abnormality; what exactly causes this inversion and what are the effects of it on the body?

Thank you for your time

Try to do another EKG and compare that lead.  See it still inverted or not.

Not all QRS complexes go upwards, some can go down.

Your EKG leads were probably reversed.  I would need to see the EKG to say for sure.
Sorry I cannot be more helpful on this one.
