ER,Tachy,Skips Scary

Hi I'm from Bulgaria. 3 years ago on the occasion discovered tachycardia mitral valve prolapse, according to the doctor's small and insignificant but this time forth began problems. slightly less severity occur in the chest then extrasystoles for three years I went through a lot of doctors, many ECG (somewhere at 100), 4 echocardiography,An ECG stress test on a bicycle, three 24-hour Holter, many blood tests. Of all the studies found mitral valve prolapse (one doctor said prolapse is a valvular canvas, another doctor said that both valvular bands) but they all generally say that there is nothing to fear. I also have early repolarization syndrome.results of the last Holter bother me much and they are following for 23:50 hours of wearing:

PVCs total: 582    Supraventricular total: 12
premature : 20       isolated : 10
atypical : 441         couples : 1
couples : 53
R over T : 6

taking into account the mitral valve prolapse and early repolarization my question is is there something dangerous which could lead to V-Tach or V-Fib and SCD

Here is my last taken ECG (in 2 parts):

PVCs were sometimes awful lot, sometimes barely noticeable
sometimes is like " skip skip skip skip beat skil skip beat "
for these 3 years, 2 times I had tachycardia 150 beats (no skips) and 180 beats (with skips), 150 captured ECG sinus tachycardia, 180 not registered (upon arrival at the hospital had no tachycardia)
I am 25 years old male 186 cm (6.1 feet),90kg (198.41 pounds),Smoker,non-drinker.

Thnak You

Thanks for the reply.
I was told the same thing by doctors but i read the net about early repolarization and is pretty scary stuff but the doctors here do not bother them at all.I am very confused on the one hand I was in  the best hospital in the country (specialized cardiac hospital)for exam and they found no problem, but on the other hand, most studies is from USA and whether this information came to our doctors ....

From what I have been told from my doctors, as long as your heart is healthy, PVCs do NOT lead to VTach or VFib. From what I have been told, VT is something very different from PVCs.

I know its scary when you have these skips etc but I have been told that we are at no greater risk for VT then the average person
