Ectopic beat while Squatting Down

This is a simple question, I noticed that a few days ago when I was squatting down I got a flip flop in my chest, I'm suspecting it was a PAC, since my pulse seemed kind of irregular for a moment, but could squatting possibly have caused me to irritate my vagus nerve, thus triggering the palp?

Also, just out of curiosity, if you continue to stimulate your vagus nerve, would the palpitation stop on its own or continue until pressure is relieved from it?

Thanks in advance, and good day to all. ;-)

I'm not sure what does it but it happens to me quite often.  The other night I was kneeling down feeding my cat and it happened and I was feeling pretty brave so I didn't pop up immediately when it happened.  It stopped and went back to normal.  Not sure if it was just luck or what.

I have noticed it too. Sometimes those flip flops appear after getting up sometimes during the squatting... In my case taking a deep breath solves it immidiately, however I felt almost sth NSVT-like after getting up from squatting position today, of course it left me totally scared :/

Think it may link some way with vagus nerve...
