Stopped Heart.

Just recently I joined the gym, and noticed that after half an hour excercise, my heart begins to struggle. I go really lightheaded and dizzy, and my heart easily hits the 200bpm mark. Then it begins skipping for a while, really struggling to keep up the pace. Last week my heart felt like it was quivering/fluttering in my chest, I couldnt breathe and it began to stop beating for 2-4seconds at a time.
Ive also began to have forceful palpitations whilst outside the gym. Is this normal for a 21 year old female?

No, this is not normal. Seems you have some kind of supraventricular arrhythmia provoked by exercise. It may be as benign as multiple PACs which may occur with high adrenaline levels, but you may also have some supraventricular tachycardia or atrial fibrillation.

Did you have any infections recently? Cold? Flu?

Do you experience reduced condition levels?

Anyway, if you are feeling lightheaded, your circulation is affected and you should see a specialist in internal medicine or a cardiologist. You will probably be asked to do a stress test. It's the only way for them to diagnose you.
