We really can't say over the internet. What did the doctor say? Have you had any blood tests done? Have you had your thyroid checked? What is your heart rate at while resting? Do you drink enough water? Do you tend to low blood pressure? Often sinus tachycardia is caused by things outside the heart and it can take time to get to the cause so just go back to your doctor for a full physical and see what comes of that. If your heart is evaluated to be fine then check your diet to see if there are things like caffeine, sugary foods, carbohydrates or spicy foods contributing. Eating too big of a meal or acid reflux and have an affect on the heart as well. Stress and anxiety are triggers too. If all of that has been ruled out then check into dysautonomia or pots. In any event, it is a trial and error right now to try and pin down the cause. I do hope you can get it sorted out and feel better. Take care and keep us posted on how you are doing.
