Follow up question

I recently had a post and am thankful for the responses.  Just had one more questions.  These are my holter results which i was told were ok.  But should i be concerned about the max heart rate being 181?  Can anxiety cause a heart rate this high>?

I know for me, alot of things can cause my HR to go that high - when I had my holter done it showed my HR was 174 driving! lol talk about road rage :P

you need to look at the test and see if it shows the time and if you can remember what you were doing then

I keep a log when I notice mine going too high or too low then compare with my dr's
