Freshly ablated last Tuesday

I'm just home from ablation number 2. It went very well. Just a small band aid at the groin site and on Pradaxa,Cardizam for at least 3 months until next check-up. Prilosec for 1 month and the lovely little Zio monitor for 1 month. A bit tired from it all and the overnight hospital stay, but all in all I'm OK. Doc approched this ablation with ablations of electrical impluses "coming in and going out" So he feels that I should show a big improvement in symptoms and as always optimism is the thought for the day. A Fib BE GONE!!!! So glad I was able to get into the hospital so quickly and that it is over and done now. Thank you everyone for your positive thoughts and comments.

Great, Candi!  The leg will feel better in a couple of weeks, and I hope the ablation worked.  Expect some heart craziness for a couple of months.  Mine settled down just as I was getting concerned; nearly 3 months post.  Best of luck!
