HEART HEALTH

hi, i am 34fem with hashimotos underactive thyroid, mvp with trivial regurgitation.

well i have a few questions. i exercise for the past year systematically
everyday in the winter and now that my kids are home for the summer
i try to exercise 3 times a week.

i have a watch that measures pulse. well i ' ve noticed that lately at rest especially in the morning
before i get out of bed and at  night i see kinda low heart rate , i.e mostly 58-63 but i even
saw 49-50 a couple of times. my heart speeds up when i exercise or do stuff but i am a bit worried.

i don't have any symptoms i feel fine but is it ok to be so low?? i even thought it could be broken but
i doublechecked with a bp monitor .

my recovery rate after exercise is 50-53beats in the first min.

hdl was 61 ldl 128 no trigly no nothing.

should i be worried ???

tks guys in advance

Sounds like your heart is in good condition if your heart rate recovers so quickly after excercise.  I am assuming that a cardiologist diagnosed you with mvp and no other problems.   My heart rate gets into the 60's at rest.   Those numbers are great.  Keep excercising your heart obviously appreciates it!   If you feel something is wrong than a call to a cradiologist would be in order to make you feel better.

Your numbers look good to me.  Don't let your worry get to you, that will throw everything off.

If you have no problem with dizziness or pain I'd say "go for it"... you are fine.
