Has any had SVT return after an ablation?

My daughter was diagnosed with SVT at 9 and had the an ablation done at 10. She is currently at 18, away at college and having episodes of rapid heart rates. She has measured it with her phone, on average it gets to about 135, the highest I remember is 148. The biggest trigger seems to be when she showers, taking a bath is not an option.

She will be seeing her cardiologist over winter break. She had been episode free since she was 10, just wondering if anyone that has had an ablation done had their SVT return.

While I haven't had a recurrencertain of SVT following my ablation 6 years ago, it is indeed very possible for it to came back.  The barrier that prevents the errant pathway from conducting is very tiny.  This barrier sometimes begins conducting again forcing another procedure.

Thank you for answering. It has been so long since she has had an episode and she is much more aware now.
