Are you eating enough before you exercise as your blood sugar can drop very fast when exercising and you can become hypoglycemic and have fast heart rhythm. I suggest not exercising on an empty stomach. A good check up by your doctor is important too before beginning any exercise program. I am an RN
It's great that you're taking charge and doing everything to improve your health. It's difficult to do at times. My question - you mentioned your weight. Did you talk to your doctor before starting this aerobic exercise? Perhaps you're doing a bit too much, too fast. Since your heart acts up during your exercise program, it would be very easy for the doctor to put a Holter monitor on you for 24 hours and record what your heart is doing. Then he/she could explain it, give you peace of mind and work out an exercise program that would be safe and fun. Keep up the good work.
I second Jerzeegal. You need to see your doctor to have a checkup and tell him/her about your heart. It may be nothing at all, but you need to have it checked by a doctor.
If this happens everytime you exercise then my suggestion would be to go to your doctor and get a complete checkup. He may recommend you go to a cardiologist ( which isn't a bad idea even if your primary care physician doesn't suggest it)
Good Luck
