Heart flutters and thumps

High Im a 31 year old male who has been having skipped or fluttering beats while getting a dizzy or freakout type feeling exactly as it happens in my chest for a few years now, i went to the doctor and he diagnosed me with having low testosterone and pvc's after some blood tests and a checkup, since i have been on the androgel testosterone supplement and greatly reduced my caffeine intake my fluttering of skipped beats(  FEELS LIKE A PAUSE THEN A HARD THUMP) ive noticed that it has been way less frequent like once every 2 days to once a week but when it happens it is a real hard one like one big one instead of ten small ones and those dizzy or freakout type feelings are really strong, some one please help me i dont know what is goin on and am i in danger.          Thankyou for any advice.

yes i have acid reflux disease I take zantac 150 mg twice daily, if i skip one i get terrible heartburn automatically. what is the vagus nerve?

Wow sounds so familiar , I have he exact same problem been going on for several years now. Dr's say its nothing to worry about ,but gee its really causing problems for me. Do you have any problems with heartburn? I think it is directly related to the vagus nerve getting over stimulated.
