Heart pain?

So I've had this "chest pain" for months off and on. It always seems to act up worse when I am in anxiety mode. But it is always on my left side... started above my left breast, very site specific. My EP and cardio said it is not heart related..... My primary care had blood work, CT Scan of my chest with dye, sonagram of all my "upper" stuff, gallbladder, etc., MRI of my neck, xray of my back.... And all come up empty handed except for slight disc protrusion in my neck. So, she said that along with the anxiety could cause the pain in my chest. Since then the pain is more under my left breast, to the left.  The area is not sore to the touch or seem more sensitive but I will get these stabbing pains, that are right in the area or sometimes shoot up.
My doc thinks they maybe psychosomatic., along with the disc in my neck. But everyone I feel it, I get a panic attack and think it's my heart. Ever since I got diagnosed with PVCs it has gotten worse. I have no other symptoms just this, and I get full blown anxious. Anyone else can relate or have any ideas?

I actually pulled my back out of line a while back and when I first did it I had severe stomach pains.  I wasn't sure what was going on.  The severe pains lasted for a couple of days but it took months for this discomfort and lump feeling in my stomach.  Soon after the pain went away I started to get numbness down my arms and legs.  It took 8 months of going back and forth to the doctor to finally get a referral to a physical therapist who immediately diagnosed the spinal misalignment.  Once I went through the therapy and got my back straightened out the numbness went away.  So I could see how your slipped disc in your neck could cause pains down your spine and into your torso.  If a nerve is pinched or compressed all sorts of weirdness can happen.  Since they are aware of the bulging disc can you get a referral to a physical therapist?  At least if you went and got it treated you might be able to rule it out as a possible cause for the pain.  I hope you can get this figured out.  It stinks being in pain all the time.
