Heart palpitations and hyperparathyroidism?

I am a 19 year old male whos health has greatly declined over the past year. Have been through various tests including blood work and all have came back normal. One thing my doctors have noticed is that my calcium has been slightly elevated for the past year.

In a referance range of 8.8-10.2 my calcium has been as follows:

10.1 on Jan 16, 2014
10.5 on Jul 18, 2014
10.3 on December 30, 2014
10.3 on January 18th, 2014

Are these levels normal for a 19 year old? Or am i possibly at risk for hyperparathyroidism? (Was also diagnosed with Graves' disease a few years ago but in remission now.)

I consistently feel just all around bad, with constant heart palps and inability to exercise and concentrate. Sometimes have stomach bloating, and a white cloudy urine. Also feel aches and pains all the time, especially when waking up.

Have had full range of cardiac tests come back normal.

Hyperthyroidism? Something else?

2.5 seems a bit high for TSH (possibly closer to the hypo side). Have you been tested for Hashimoto's (TPO and Tg thyroid antibodies)? It can cause similar symptoms (even if you are only sub-clinically hypo). I have Hashimoto's and my palpitations started shortly after my thyroid issues began, and they seem to get worse when I'm hypo or sub-clinically hypo. But I don't know if that's the only cause. What were your FT3 and FT4 values? Also, you may want to check out the thyroid forum on this site, especially if your antibodies come back positive and your TSH is in the "normal range", but you're still getting symptoms. Perfect TSH, FT4 and FT3 are actually often far from perfect and very symptomatic.

Once in a while? Based on the labs you posted above your calcium levels were high for at least 6 months. I would seek a second opinion.

Thanks for the input! and yes i have had an echo and stress echo which both showed my heart to be structurally "perfect" and i have not checked my TSI since may, when they where .8 (negative test for graves is less that 1), but my TSH continues to be around a perfect 2.5, along with good T3 and T4 levels.

So im not really sure. My doctors tell me having calcium a little high once in a while is normal, but maybe these consistent high levels are slowly wearing me down?

Your symptoms may be caused by the elevated calcium levels. See symptoms of hypercalcemia

Also, have you seen a cardiologist and had an echo? Did you have your thyroid levels and TSI/thyroid antibodies checked after your symptoms started to make sure you're still in remission and that this is not related to your thyroid?
