elevated heart rate and abnormal ekg

Hello All! Since February 4th I have been experiencing sweating, elevated heart rate (for me), flutters, palpitations, chest tightness, and pain under my left collar bone. my hear rate has been over 100 most of the day every day and around 80 while sleeping when my resting heart rate used to be in the 60s. maybe I should add that I am 27 year old female, 115 lbs and am active on my feet at work as a nurse. also I do take Adderall but I have been on this for nearly two years with no issues. At first I thought it was due to changing birth controls in January and having different level of hormones. It continued happening even after a month of changing medications so then I thought this could be due to stress and anxiety. I have a neurology appointment coming up that I am slightly nervous about. To give ease my mind I decided to have an ekg done to show myself it was just anxiety. Well the ekg showed sinus tachycardia, sinus arrhythmia, abnormal left axis deviation, and left anterior fasicular block. Is this something to be concerned about? I have read that it is usually a benign finding but considering my other symptoms they have now increased due to me being concerned about the situation as a whole.

It really can take a while for hormones to regulate, months so it very well is due to that but considering the symptoms I would think it wise to just see a doctor to get checked out.  Better safe than sorry in my opinion.  Might be good to get a blood panel done as well.  take care and feel better soon.
