I am not a doctor and  it is unlikely you will get any responses form a medical doctor here  on this community/forum.

Your resting heart rate is a little high for true resting - but not something that demands treatment I believe.  The general "rule" here in the USA is a resting HR under 100 is acceptable, something closer to 60 would be more normal.

You didn't say what your HR is when it awakens you, but if it is under 200 it is unlikely to cause any damage at your young age - again I am not a doctor, just saying what I believe is true.

If you are anxious or have anxiety (your post sounds like you do) these emotions can cause the heart to beat faster.

From the little you have included in your post I don't see anything to be worried about other than getting a better night's sleep.  Have you discussed with your doctor the possible use of a sleep aid to see if that helps?
