Help. Seems like im experiencing the same here.

New here. 42 year old male. 2 months ago I experienced some issues with my heart. Palpitations, racing, fluttering. I don't know. When it does happpen, I feel nauseous, dizzy, face gets hot. Some tingling. I am a little freaked by it.

Hi! If you had your heart checked by cardio. Then it must be anxiety stress. Or some triggers, try to relax and figure out why this happens. I have this too. But my doctor says I have a normal heart so I shud not worry about. Hope youvget well to!
