High rate during sex, is it normal?

Hi there.
I started taking Zoloft  because of anxiety. The last week's have been really great.
Don't have as much pvc and feel better.

But on of the side effects on Zoloft is orgasm. I'm 24 male and have sex regularly and masturbate 3-4x a week.
since I started taking this Zoloft I need about 30-50 minutes to orgasm. Usually it took 4-9 minutes and my heart was always 120<.
Right now I can't enjoy sex and masturbation as much because I get nearly anxiety attack when I'm about to orgasm.

My heart goes up to 140-160 and its pounding so freaking hard that I begin to worry that my heart can't handle it.

Sometimes I just go for it and ejucalate and I can feel my pulse beating 44-50 times on 20 seconds so it's about 140-160

It's just so frustrating because this is new to me. I feel slightly dizzy and maybe 1 -2 pvc during it sometimes none.

I just worry so much because my heart is always around 110-120 during sex activities. It's MUCH faster now.

I'm out of shape but I can walk 5 km and my bpm is 120-130

I'm just tired. This is the only thing in my life that is causing me anxiety and difficult nights.

I have had echo and 8 ecg and stress test last 12 months. everything normal except pvc
