I just had an episode today.

K. im 14 yrs. young and i just had an episode where my heart beat super fast. i was also shaking A LOT from it. did i mention how fast my heart was beating. it happened in class. im at my home now and my parents say its cuz i don't eat or drink enough. i've had this happen before, though it was less severe, and since the first time i've had irregular heartbeat. i used to eat a lot of bad food before but a week or so ago i've tried to start eating better. and i'm not one of those kids who does drugs. i felt fine once i started eating/drinking but i want to see what you guys think just to be safe. help me out ppl i wanna b a pro gamer and have my whole life ahead of me.

hey whats up? im only 13, also young. uhhh, this kinda sounds like svt or somethin although i could be wrong since i dont know much about it since i dont have it....ask momto3 and rnrita they know quite a bit. and believe me the first time you have a bad episode with ur heart, you do feel like life is over. but dont think this way, because ive been having irregular heart beats for a year or so.... i'd say talk to the school nurse and see what she says, and if you have another attack, make sure to get down there or have the teacher call the nurse to your class. it could be absolutely nothing or it could be something that needs checked on,all depends. good luck hope you find the info you are looking for...
