Im 14 and im resting heart rate is 216 bpm i had to take it for school and now im scared.

If your resting heart rate was constantly 216, you would have been dead a long time ago. So you can be very certain it's not. However, talk to your parents and see your family physician/doctor. No need to worry if you don't need to. If you have a rapid heart rate, it can be treated if necessary.
