Doctor has suggested many yearly diabetic tests we still have take them but for now she took ECG test today and it shows some problem

Abnormal ECG

We talked to doctor on phone and he suggested to add Echo cardiography.

We are not doctors in this section of the website so we can't really give you a professional opinion on the report.  It really needs to be evaluated by a cardiologist.  That said, the few words that stand out are abnormal and ischemia which means that the ekg suggests that there may have been some sort of blood flow issue within the heart at some point but reading just the report is not enought to say for certain.  Sometimes due to circumstances like a recent heart surgery or even medicines can cause changes in the heart's waveforms so just make sure your mom goes and gets evaluated by a cardiologist.  They will have the best corse of action for her if she needs to take measures.  Take care.
